Q: How do I change the count-in for my whole band?

Open Settings → Song defaults and pick Off, 1 bar, or 2 bars under Count-in length. Every song in the band uses it unless that song has its own override on its arrangement page.

Q: How do I turn off the automatic click and cues?

On Settings → Song defaults, turn off Auto-generated click, cues, and slate. The player's audible count-in click goes with it, so use this only when you supply your own click.

Settings → Song defaults sets how Pliris prepares every song in this band. All of it is on by default, for free and paid bands alike, and each setting works on its own. Changes apply to the band shown in the switcher.

Song defaults

Auto-align stems. Automatically aligns stems on Live's grid, so bar 1 in Pliris is bar 1 in the export. Leave it on unless you have a reason to place stems by hand.
Auto-generated click, cues, and slate. Generates click, cues, and song slates automatically that follow your song's tempo, sections, and name. This is also what provides the audible count-in click in the player. Turn it off if you bring your own click and cue tracks; see Custom Click and Cue Sounds.

Count-in length

How much click rolls in before each song's downbeat:

Off. No count-in. Songs start right at bar 1.
1 bar. One bar of click before the first downbeat. This is the default.
2 bars. Two bars of click before the first downbeat.

This is the band's default. Any arrangement can override it from its own page, so one song can count in for two bars while the rest use one. See How to Change Count-In.
