Inviting Band Members
Invite someone to your band, pick their permissions, and control which bands they can access.
Bands are meant to be shared. Invite your bandmates once and they can open the same songs, arrangements, and setlists you do — with the access level you pick.
Invite someone
- Open the sidebar and go to Members (or band settings → Members).
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter their email.
- Choose what they can do — view only, download files, create setlists, manage arrangements, edit songs, and/or manage members.
- Choose which bands they can access.
- Send the invite.
They get an email. When they accept, they land on the band you assigned.
For a full breakdown of each permission, see Band Access Levels. Account admins always have full access.
After they join
If they can't see a song or setlist, check two things:
- They're on the right band.
- Their permissions on that band include what they need (view, download, create setlists, manage arrangements, etc.).
Still stuck? Reply to support with their email and the band name and we'll dig in.
Frequently asked questions
How do I invite someone to my Pliris band?
Open Members, click Invite Member, enter their email, pick their permissions and bands, and send the invite — they get an email and land on the assigned band when they accept.
What permissions can I give an invited member?
View only, download files, create setlists, manage arrangements, edit songs, and manage members — details in Band Access Levels.
Why can't my invited bandmate see a song or setlist?
They're usually on the wrong band, or their permissions on that band don't include what they need — check both under Members, then bump download, create-setlists, or manage-arrangements access if they should edit or export.
