Finding Course Downloads and Templates
Where lesson downloads live, free vs paid templates, and what to do when a Downloads tab is empty.
In-lesson downloads
Many course lessons attach files on a Downloads tab inside the lesson player. If the tab is missing for a specific lesson, that lesson may not have files wired yet — contact support with the course name and lesson number.

ProPresenter / specialty packs
Some courses mention ProPresenter or hardware-specific packs. If a lesson promises a download and the tab is empty, that is a content bug — send the lesson title so we can attach the file.
