The goal of support is to help solve problems with the from studio to stage platform not to provide general troubleshooting help.
We only reply to emails during office hours.
Office hours are 9-5 CT (Central Time) M-F.
We do not respond to emails outside of those times. We do not provide 24/7, emergency tech support.
If you are a current From Studio to Stage student with an active subscription, you can expect a reply between 24-48 hours during office hours.
If you are a current student, and need help with troubleshooting please post your question in the All access community : https://fromstudiotostage.com/community/channels/all-access-new
If you are not a current From Studio to Stage student, you can expect a reply within a week. Please be reminded, we don't provide troubleshooting help.
If you are experiencing crashes with software or hardware, contact support for that company. They have advanced reporting tools and are more aware of bugs/issues with their products.
